  • Previously Shanata invest in some property development business thru its subsidiary, however in 2017 Shanata start to focus direct in property developer business. It is initiated by our development of high rise office building in Bumi Serpong Damai (BSD II), located at Central Business District (CBD55 ).

    BSD II is the next development of successful development of BSD I, while BSD I has around 1.500 ha BSD II has around 2.000 ha. It is connected widely from BSD I to BSD II. BSD will still developing BSD III who has around 2.500 ha (6.000 ha in total).

    With 6.000 ha, BSD become one of the best developing City in Serpong. Successful development of BSD I which is now very crowded (housing, mall, office building and apartment), the success of BSD I will support the growth of BSD II.

    BSD II has been developed since 2013 and now quite crowded, there are Aeon Mall, big Unilever office building, Breeze apartment, car show room, banking financial companies office and building, Iceland biggest convention center in Asian. All this will make BSD II even more crowded.

    Central Business District is the prime area of BSD II, it call CBD 55 since it is 55 ha, there are Aeon Mall, big Unilever Office Building, Breeze Apartments Towers. There will be many more building to be developed i.e. by Bank Mandiri etc.

    Shanata takes 4.234 square meter in area between Aeon Mall and Unilever office building (CBD55-I.10) and will build high rise office building with around 29 floors and around 40.000 square meter space. It is strata title office building partly for sales and partly for rent.

    Pre-Construction phase starts October 2017, will take around 9 months and follow by Construction development phase of 2 years. It is expected to be in operation by July 2020 To make sure the outlook, structure, mechanical electrical & plumbing, landscape and lighting, Shanata use only good, qualified and reputable consultants.

    To make sure the Construction development of Phintraco Tower (that is how we call the building now), Shanata will also use only good, qualified and reputable contractors including it project construction management.

    With the above consultants and contractors, Shanata sure can deliver good quality of high rise office building to our clients on time.
