PT Shanata Pratama established in 2006, is part of Phintraco Group that has Information & Communication companies.

Shanata invest in some property development business thru its subsidiary, however in 2017 Shanata start to focus direct in property developer business. Shanata takes 4.234 square meter in area between Aeon Mall and Unilever office building (CBD55-I.10) and will build high rise office building with around 29 floors and around 40.000 square meter space.
